The famous Offa's Dyke passes through the town which hosts the official Offa's Dyke Information Centre. The Glyndwr's Way National Trail, Radnor Forest and the 84mile-long Radnor Ring Cycling Route are all close by, as is the magnificent castle at Powys with its impressive gardens. Also close by are the market towns of Presteigne and Ludlow as well as the breathtaking Llanrhaeadr Waterfall and the Elan Valley dams.
