With a thriving local community and many traditional old dwellings, Kirkby Stephen boasts a large number of cobbled old yards, quaint corners and a pretty picnic area called Frank's Bridge, whilst just a mile from the town is the old railway station on the Settle to Carlisle Railway line. Visitors can enjoy many excellent walks and cycle routes nearby or explore the magnificent Howgill Fells and the majestic Pendragon Castle. This is an excellent location that has something for the whole family.

Two ground floor bedrooms with TV: 1 x king-size double, 1 x twin (zip/link, can be super king-size double on request). Ground floor bathroom with corner bath, separate shower, basin and WC. First floor kitchen with dining area. First floor sitting room with Juliet balcony.

Shop, pubs and Tourist Information Centre 2 mins walk. Note: There's a Juliet balcony off the sitting room, children should be supervised. Note: No children under 5 due to banister and stairs being open to kitchen.
