Location

The town of Llangollen offers a wide selection of pubs and restaurants in addition to many interesting shops. The National Trust properties of Chirk Castle and Erddig are close by, whilst a day-long car trail can take you to visit six of the 'Seven Wonders of Wales'. Offa's Dyke Path runs close to the town, offering a wonderful opportunity for walkers to see the Clwyd hills, whilst Snowdonia is less than an hour's drive away.

Three bedrooms: 2 x double (one with TV with FreeSat and DVD), 1 x twin (gives access to 2nd double and has no natural light). Modern bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. Spacious fitted kitchen with dining area. Delightful sitting room with feature coal-effect gas fire and views of canal. Note: The stairs to the first floor are steep.
