With Warwick and the Cotswold villages of Stow-on-the-Wold nearby, Stratford is a great base from which to explore the rest of this charming region.

All ground floor. One double bedroom with TV and en-suite bathroom (down two deep steps) with bath, shower over, basin and WC. Open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area.

Washing machine and tumble dryer available on site on request (no charge). Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 2 cars. Gravelled courtyard with furniture. BBQ on request. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Farm shop on site or 10 mins walk, pub 1 mile. Note: 6 fishing reservoirs in owner's grounds available for fishing at £6 per day. Children must be supervised. Note: Although all ground floor, this property is unsuitable for those with limited mobility.
