Bedroom 3: (sleeps 2) King size bed with TV.

Bedroom 4: (sleeps 2) Bunk beds more suitable for children but large enough for adults.

Original style family bathroom with bath and shower over. WC and bidet.


Large garden with plenty of open space. Children’s play area and gravel terrace area in the garden with outside chairs and table. Parking for 4 cars in private drive.

There are magnificent views across the wonderful Hampshire countryside that surround the house, making stepping out for a long walk or a stroll to the pub very appealing. Every room is unique and quirky with original wooden doors and features, combined effortlessly with light and modern furnishings that give a feeling of uniqueness with quality at its best.

The kitchen is wonderfully sociable with a cosy aga to cook on and a sofa for those wanting to just relax and chat. The sitting room with its TV and large log fire (stock of logs provided) complete the charm of this lovely house.

This house is ideal for families, with a playroom filled with toys for all ages, a large garden for the children to play in and a terrace to enjoy alfresco dining and BBQ. Greystones makes an ideal home from home, comfortable, spacious with lots to see and do in the area, a great pub within walking distance and yet ideal for relaxing and chilling out after a long day – what more could you ask for?
