Note: First floor bedroom accessed by narrow spiral staircase and may not be suitable for the less mobile. Note: Dogs must be kept on a lead when on the farmyard but can be exercised in the field. Note: Pond in grounds, children to be supervised and dogs are not allowed due to ducks.
