This large holiday home in Kent is a truly stunning house dating back 200 years and set in 3,000 acres of parkland, it has even been mentioned in the Doomsday book. The rooms of this unique home make the most of the wonderful oak beams found throughout. Impressive 30ft high windows to the vaulted sitting room invite the natural sunlight to flood into the room. The layout has been especially designed to enhance the lofty heights and cathedral like proportions.

Eridge Pavilion was recently featured in Good Housekeeping, describing it as ideal for a house party - which is spot on! It has large comfortable sofas surrounding the amazing inglenook fireplace, the perfect place to sit and relax on a winter’s evening with a cup of cocoa. For the warmer summer days the French doors open up fully and invite the warm sunlight into the room. There is plenty of seating outside for relaxing, watching children play and enjoying the amazing views.

The open plan kitchen has a large oak table in the centre, making the space very sociable, ideal for cooking with family and friends. It also has a good size utility room.

There is parking for several cars in the driveway with a fully enclosed private garden surrounding the house and the use of a full size lawn tennis court within the grounds for you to enjoy.

Country pursuits such as clay pigeon shooting and fishing can be booked.
