With private parking for two cars and a small garden and patio overlooking fields and forest - this a lovely relaxing haven just outside the village for those wanting to explore the mountains and lakes or simply wander around the flower-filled lanes and cobbled yards. Hawkshead offers a variety of shops and places to drink and eat.

The modern, spacious, fitted kitchen/dining room has gas cooker and hob, washing machine, tumble dryer, fridge, freezer, microwave and dishwasher. There is a dining table and chairs for 6. For relaxing with coffee or perhaps a glass of wine there is the addition of a small conservatory off the kitchen with table and chairs and lovely views of the rolling countryside.
The light and airy living room has a coal effect gas fire, freeview satellite TV, video and DVD and a mini hi-fi. There is a convenient downstairs wc.
Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom, with kingsize bed has lovely views to enjoy from the comfort of your bed. There is a pretty twin bedded room and a smaller room with bunk beds, ideal for children. The bathroom has a bath with shower overhead, wc and basin.

Outside there is a sunny patio area and small, pretty garden. There is off road parking for 2 cars and secure on-site storage for mountain bikes, kayaks etc by prior arrangement.
