An ideal walking area and very well placed for exploring numerous National Trust properties and gardens.

All ground floor. Four bedrooms: 1 x king-size double, 2 x double, 1 x twin. Bathroom with bath, separate shower, basin and WC. Shower room with shower, basin and WC. Basin and WC. Kitchen with breakfast area (seats 6). Utility. Sitting room with electric fire. Conservatory with dining area.

Rangemaster cooker with electric double oven, microwave, fridges, freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, 2 x TVs with Freeview, DVD, WiFi, selection of books and games. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 4 cars. Enclosed lawned garden with patio, pond, furniture and BBQ. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 1.5 miles. Note: Poor mobile signal at cottage, emergency calls can be made from the owner's landline. Note: The pond is unfenced, children to be supervised. Note: There is a working pig and arable farm next to the property, therefore there will be associated farm smells and sounds. Note: Dogs to be kept on a lead due to livestock nearby. Note: The B3092 runs outside the property and there may be some associated traffic noise.
