Mostly first floor. Two bedrooms: 1 x super king-size double (zip/link, can be twin on request), 1 x second floor mezzanine single. Wet room with shower, basin and WC. Open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with sofa bed.

Stairgate on request. Off road parking for 3 cars. Secure bike storage. Shared lawned garden with small, unfenced pond. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 3 mins walk. Note: The property is accessed via 12 steep external steps. Note: The mezzanine single bedroom is accessed via 14 open tread steps and is open plan to the sitting area below; therefore children should be supervised at all times. Note: Due to the sloping ceilings in the mezzanine bedroom there is reduced head height and care should be taken. Note: Property is situated above a boiler room, the secure bike storage and an office (only used during day) so there may be some associated noise, however, no noise will be experienced during evenings and through the night. Note: Small unfenced pond in shared garden, children should be supervised at all times. Note: The owner can accept an Asda, Morrisons or Tesco supermarket delivery on day of arrival. Note: Paddock for horses available by prior arrangement and at an additional cost.
