One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 3 miles. Lake a few yards away. Note: There is a garden gate giving access to the lake. Note: If you wish to use your own boat or canoe on the lake, then you need to pay £6 to the South Lakes Trust office. Please contact them prior to arrival as spaces can be limited. Note: The owner is happy for customers to have a grocery delivery made to the property and will put the shopping away at no additional cost.
