The village of Llanwrthwl sits on the River Wye between Builth Wells and Rhayader. Llanwrthwl is home to a small shop and church which is home to a prehistoric standing stone. Rhayader is three miles away and has shops, restaurants, pubs and a leisure complex.

Two bedrooms: 1 x double with en-suite WC, 1 x twin, 1 x single bed on landing. Ground floor shower room with shower, basin and WC. Kitchen. Sitting room with dining area.

Off road parking for 2 cars. Enclosed lawned garden overlooking the River Wye with furniture. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and petrol station 1.2 miles, pub 2.6 miles. Note: Private salmon, trout and grayling fly fishing available on a catch and release basis only at £20 per rod, per week. Note: The single bed on the landing is suitable for children aged 10 and over only.
