The house is set over three floors and sleeps eleven people in two king-size doubles (one with an en-suite shower and basin and one zip/link), a twin with an additional child’s single bed, a second floor twin bedroom and a second floor single bedroom with a pull-out stacker bed as well as two family bathrooms. Also in the house are a fitted kitchen, a dining room, a sitting room, a study and a snug with a number of rooms boasting an open fire. Outside is off road parking and an enclosed, lawned garden with outdoor furniture, a barbecue and an all weather table tennis table and equipment. Set just a ten minute walk from the beach and with plenty of fabulous attractions all around, Marland House is a superb holiday home, all year round.
