Beautifully furnished in a modern style with fabulous wooden floors throughout, The Waves has a spacious feel with wide staircases, good sized bedrooms and great living space. The living room has wonderful patio doors which open out onto a private terrace for evening drinks or eating al fresco! The 3 bedrooms, sleeping 6 guests, are arranged over three floors with the Master bedroom having the added luxury of its own balcony from which to sit and watch the sun go down.

There will be lots of fun for all with a ping pong table in the ground floor games room – also a great place to store all your beach toys, wet suits and surf boards after a day out at the Camber Sands beach!

With a big flatscreen TV and Wifi, you can relax and be entertained when not at the beach. The owners have supplied a selection of DVDs, board games, books, beach chairs, windbreak, beach rug, buckets and spades and a selection of beach sports equipment for you to enjoy.

Not only can you go for long walks along the beach from this Sussex cottage, try numerous water sports and build sandcastles to your heart’s content, there is also the wonderful smugglers town of Rye to explore, with its great mix of antique shops, cobbled streets and sea food! This is a truly special self catering holiday destination perfect for family vacations and short breaks throughout the year.

Unwind and enjoy a leisurely lunch or supper and a glass of chilled wine, happy in the knowledge that you haven’t had to get into your car to drive to the beach or back again. The Rye Bay Café is also on hand, if you fancy a coffee or a snack.
