One double bedroom. Bathroom with freestanding bath, separate shower, basin and WC. Kitchen. Sitting room with dining area and woodburning stove.

Fuel, power and starter pack for stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking by the cottage on a first come, first served basis, additional roadside parking 40 yards away with free off road parking at owner's home 600 yards away. Small front patio with bench. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 2 mins walk, pub 4 mins walk. Note: The stairs are slightly steep and a little narrower than standard. Note: The stable door from the kitchen leads out to a shared alleyway leading to the front of the cottage.
