This quintessential part of England offers plenty of country activities to keep everyone occupied, with Cheltenham and Oxford within a 30 minute drive if you fancy a break from the rolling hills why not explore a historic town. Upper Slaughter is also known as a ‘doubly thankful village’, one of only 12 villages in the UK that had every member of the armed forces of WWI and WW2 return home and is renowned for being one of the most picturesque villages in the Cotswolds - which is certainly saying something!
