The small village of Commins Coch is located seven miles east of the ancient town of Machynlleth in Powys. Situated in the Twymyn Valley which leads into the famous Dovey Valley close to the southern edge of the Snowdonia National Park, this region offers wonderful walking, cycling, birdwatching and a large variety of outdoor pursuits. The small market town of Machynlleth, once the ancient capital of Wales sits amid the rolling hills of Mid Wales and offers a good mix of specialist shops, pubs, and cafes, in addition to the regular street markets held every Wednesday.

Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 3.5 miles. Note: Short track to property is unlit and can be a little muddy. Note: Property accessed by short uphill path into terraced garden area with steps, care to be taken with young children.
