This single-storey cottage sleeps four people in two bedrooms, consisting of one double and one twin, as well as a bathroom. The cottage also has a kitchen with dining area and a sitting room with woodburning stove. Outside there is a shared, front courtyard with furniture and off road parking for two cars. Wear View Cottage is an ideal base for walks, cycle rides and visiting Barnard Castle and Durham. Note: There are sheep and horses in the surrounding fields. The neighbour has two dogs and the owner has a dog. Note: The long access road to this property can become very potholed. As long as the road is taken very slowly it can be used by everyday vehicles.
