The cottage sleeps five people and has one double bedroom which leads through to a twin and a single room, along with a family bathroom on the ground floor. Also in the cottage are a sitting room with a solid fuel stove and a fitted kitchen with a breakfast bar. Outside is off road parking and a one acre meadow with a summerhouse and outdoor furniture. Half an acre of meadow lawn with summerhouse, a swing, storage shed, furniture and BBQ. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 5 miles, pub 3 miles. Note: There is an unfenced river to the front of the property, which can be fast running in certain weather, children to be supervised. Note: No formal dining area inside cottage. Note: Low doors and narrow staircase, care to be taken. Note: Twin and single bedrooms accessed through double bedroom. Note: Driveway is narrow and steep at the entrance, with reduced turning area. Note: Very limited mobile service and satellite reception can occasionally be interrupted.
