This cottage is located just two miles away from the medieval town of Stratford-upon-Avon, in 2.5 acres of shared grounds, including a wildlife garden and a tennis court. There are 2 staircases, one leading from the entrance hall to the master bedroom with an ensuite and a small room with a single bed with trundle bed under.

This room is an adjoining room between the 2 halves.The other staircase leads from the downstairs bedroom to the other landing with the family bathroom and 3 bedrooms, including the adjoining room leading off. The spacious, farmhouse-style kitchen offers a welcoming dining area, while the cosy sitting room is accompanied by a warming open fire.

In the summer, the patio doors can be swept open to invite inside a cooling breeze.
