Side patio with furniture, rear elevated terrace and decked balcony with furniture. One well-behaved pet welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and restaurant 3 mins walk, pub 1.5 miles. Beach 2 mins walk. Note: There are approximately 12 steep and uneven stone steps from side patio to rear elevated terrace, care should be taken, children must be supervised at all times and may not be suitable for those with limited mobility. Note: Care to be taken on split level landing. Note: Door from double bedroom leads onto the decked balcony and external terrace.
