This charming home originates from the 18th century. Home Farm House is set in a very quiet country lane, with extensive grounds, its own heated swimming pool, hot tub and stables. Escape from the world and explore the wonderful walks and scenery of the Ashdown Forest. Royal Tunbridge Wells with its extensive range of shops, restaurants and theatres is a 15 minute drive away. Tennis, golf and full sporting facilities are all nearby in Crowborough, as well as a main line station which brings you into London in around an hour.
The self catering cottage has an elegant double aspect sitting room with a working inglenook fireplace. The modern kitchen is well equipped and there are 2 separate dining areas, the breakfast room seating 10 comfortably, or an impressive formal dining room perfect for entertaining.
There are plenty of separate garden areas in which to hide away or explore. The pool, with automatic cover, is in a very beautiful and completely private area of the garden. The owners use the pool discreetly, for example if you are out shopping for the day, but priority is given to you. A gym in one of the barns can also be made available by arrangement.
The house adjoins acres of woods where wild boar (enclosed), rheas and other birds and peacocks roam freely. For larger groups, why not book The Hayloft at Home Farm too?
