Third floor bathroom with a double-ended bath, separate shower, basin and WC. Third floor open plan kitchen with dining area. Fourth floor sitting room with sea and mountain views and woodburning stove.

Off road parking for 1 car in communal parking area on first come, first served basis. Additional roadside parking nearby on first come, first served basis. Use of shared decked area with table and chairs. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shops, pubs and restaurants 4 mins walk. Harbour/marina opposite. Beach 15 mins walk. Note: The apartment is accessed via 36 external stone steps; care should be taken at all times and may not be suitable for those with limited mobility. Note: The stairs inside the apartment are open tread so children should be supervised. Note: The fourth floor double bedroom has sloping ceilings and restricted head height, access requires stepping over a large beam. Note: Check-in 4pm.
