Two bedrooms: 1 x king-size double, 1 x single. Dressing room/nursery. Bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. Kitchen with breakfast bar. Dining room. Sitting room with woodburner.

Fuel, power and starter pack for woodburner inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot, highchair and stairgate on request (please provide own cot bedding). Off road parking for 2 cars. Enclosed courtyard garden with furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 3 mins walk, pub 2 miles. Note: Stairs to first floor are traditional wooden stairs and are steep, therefore care needs to be taken. Note: Both bedrooms have sloping ceilings, care to be taken.
