The railway also boasts award-winning authentic station buildings and a variety of steam trains. The Old Mill in the village is also a popular attraction and contains a needlecraft centre and coffee shop whilst the lively bustling market town of Skipton provides any other amenities a visitor to Embsay might need. Bolton Abbey, Kilnsey and Grassington are all within easy driving distance and are popular tourist attractions whilst the Dales is full of excellent walking opportunities.
