Ideally located for a celebration, tucked away at the top of a hill with spectacular views and yet right on the edge of the trendy seaside town of Deal. Here retro shops, quirky cafes and excellent fish restaurants abound let alone the fun of an old fashioned pier and a bandstand that is still used at weekends. If you can tear yourself away from all the fun of a traditional seaside town inland is the historic cathedral city of Canterbury where you can jump on a punt and learn the history or just explore the stunning cathedral and close.
