The Bowland fells and the nearby three peaks area of Ingleborough, Whernside and Pen-y-Ghent provide excellent terrain for the enthusiastic walker, while the delights of the Lake District are only half an hour away. High Bentham is a busy little town with a weekly cattle market, good local shops and services and a choice of pubs providing meals. The High Bentham area is threaded with public footpaths and rights of way that are well documented in a local walk guide and cover locations such as the River Wenning or the Great Stone of Fourstones, a relic of the ice age and a spectacular viewpoint.

One double bedroom, additional single bed in open sleeping area on the landing. Shower room with shower, basin and WC. Kitchen with dining area. Sitting room with woodburner and open stone stairs to upper floor. Note: Due to traditional low beams, head height in the sitting room is restricted.
