There is also a small courtyard at the rear of the property where you can sit after a day on the fells, along with roadside parking. The market town of Keswick is a flat walk of a few minutes, where you will find all the amenities you would wish for whilst on holiday, such as museums, galleries, shops, restaurants and wine bars. Keswick is a year round destination with a wide variety of attractions on offer including, lake cruises on Derwentwater, live performances at the Theatre by the Lake, fine fell walking, lively street markets and an abundance of shops, bars and restaurants. Hope Park is a relaxing and beautiful place to visit at any time of year it is only a five minute walk from the apartment, here you could enjoy a round of golf or keep the children entertained with a game of crazy golf. Also nearby you will find the River Greta and Fitz Park with tennis courts, pitch and put golf or just simply stroll along side the river. For the more energetic visit Whinlatter Forest Park which has a fantastic mountain biking trail and also hosts the tree top adventure Go Ape.
