The setting is gorgeous, whilst on the rear side by the garden, the main road leads to the coast along a parade of period cottages, a quiet lane no wider than a single cars width leads to a large open field with walking paths that meanders over to the Blue Flag awarded beach of Minnis Bay. The cottage also has use of a lovely beach hut at Minnis Bay, a great bonus to complete the seaside trip! (Ask the team for more information). The walks and cycle rides are amazing with the iconic Reculver Towers to aim for in the distance on the coastal path
Minnis Bay is the best kept secret along the East Kent Coast and Coastal Mill Cottage is less than a 15 minutes walk away - even quicker on bicycle! After a day’s sight-seeing, or perhaps a long lazy day at the beach, retreat back to your self catered cottage and cook up a storm in your quaint bespoke kitchen or make it out to the garden for a BBQ. And in the cooler months, why not cosy up in front of the log burning fire with a good book!
