Lanivet is a delightful little village in the heart of the Cornish countryside. It offers a shop and a pub serving food, as well as a fish and chip restaurant. It comes near to Bodmin, a popular town with a range of amenities. You can also easily reach the popular attractions of Bodmin Moor and the Camel cycle trail for to more energetic, whilst the Bodmin and Wenford Railway, the National Trust's Lanhydrock House and the Eden Project provide a more relaxing pastime.

Ground floor bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. First floor open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area. External Utility.
